This thread is to discuss the requirements that need to be met in order to be staff on OuterWorlds. Although the server in it's current state will not have that many players due to it being new, we do have expectations that will need to be met. To be apart of our staff team, you must meet all the requirements listed below:

• You must be at least 15 years of age
• You must be able to record in at least 720p @ 30 FPS
• You must have a working microphone and are able to conduct a verbal interview
• You must be active on the server, we only hire candidates who are truly apart of our community
• You must have no bans/blacklists within the last 3 months
• You must not have any mutes within the last month
• You must be detailed in your applications, simple answers in the questions that ask to describe/elaborate must go into detail
• Although we ask for prior experience, it is not required. Having experience though will greatly increase chances
• Your Minecraft Username must not be obnoxious or potentially offensive to others
• You must provide evidence of former experience if you are going to include in application (Imgur)
• You must have a forums account and appear active on both Forums and our Discord
Submitting a Staff Application
Please Click Here to submit a Staff Application. All questions on this forum must be answered, even if you have nothing to put in it, you must at least respond with "No". All questions must be answered honestly, if we happen to find out any information provided is false on your application even prior to submitting and getting staff, you will be subject to punishment.
Additional Information Regarding Applications
Please note, that purchasing any ranks or items from our Store, as well as boosting the Discord server will not improve your chances of becoming staff. A dedicated player to our server is more admirable to hire as they will know the ins-outs already. The more you are recognized by staff, by being online and actively apart of the community discussion and play will increase your chances of becoming a staff member.
You are only allowed to submit one application each time Staff Applications are opened, there will be no exceptions to this, so make sure you actually take the time you need to write out your responses and make it count. We want to make sure everyone is getting the same opportunities as other applicants.
Applications will be viewed in the order they are received. Do not expect an answer from us just cause you see a staff member online. We will make final decisions on all applications at once, when applications officially close. We want to make sure everyone has a chance to apply before making the decision to interview any candidates. Your application will be automatically denied if you call/message/ping a staff member to check your application.
No single person on the staff team will accept/deny your application unless it does not meet the requirements listed above. All applicants who apply and meet the requirements will be voted upon by the whole management team on who moves forward and who doesn't.
Every time Staff Applications are opened, two applicants will be selected to move on, unless we happen to be in need of more at the time. If you are accepted, you will be given the "Pending" role in the Discord, and have access to the "#pending" channel on our Discord in case we have any additional questions to ask, as well as setting up a Interview date/time, so make sure you are in the Discord before submitting an application.
