Please explain in detail what the bug is, how it can be reproduced (if applicable): Can't build below 30. It teleports you back to the top. Not sure if this is intentional.

Evidence/Additional Information that might help us process this report better: If you try and build downward you can't go below 30 without teleporting back up.

Although this was never a bug it was intended to teleport players who went past Y=30 back to their planets, I have lowered that now to Y=0 so players have the additional 30 blocks to build in.
